It seem to rain for about 24 hours non stop leading up to the race then stop just before the start of the junior race at 10.30am. The constant rain ensured the course was particularly with Sussex clay ensuring the mud was of the best quality. A scenic location with the last parts running alongside lakes until the final short climb to the finish. The event was hosted by Uckfield Runners.
First team was Lewes AC followed by Hailsham Harriers in second place and Heathfield/Uckfield third
Men: first Patricic Hough (Lewes AC), second Peter Woodward (Unattached), third Tadgh McGings (Unattached).
Ladies: first Emma Rollings (Arena 80), second Olivia Webb (Hailsham Harriers), third Alissa Ellis (Hailsham Harriers)
Juniors: first Jasper Baker (Lewes AC), second James McCarthy (Crowborough Runners), third Matthew McCarthy (Crowborough Runners)
